					This place is fantastic. The atmosphere is friendly and enjoyable. The expertise of the assigned exercises to strengthen target areas is top-notch. I have had chronic lower back pain for years, and now I’m getting the relief and the mobility I need. The exercises, dry needling, and target area massage all lower my pain level. They even assigned me exercises at home on their mobile app that I downloaded for my phone that reminds me to do them daily and explains how to do them in case I forget how. I have also been able to message them through the mobile app and get a prompt reply. I cannot remember when my back felt this good before; it has been a long time—years! I am so thankful for less pain and the added mobility that I am realizing. I owe it to the Physical Therapists here that are helping me. Thanks!

					I have had 13 orthopaedic surgery's. Heather and crew have done a magnificent job of getting me moving again. They are patient but persistent. 					5 STARS!  Great people that make you feel like your visiting your family (that you actually want to visit).  After just 5 weeks my labrum/bicep tendinitis was feeling much better and on the hopeful road to recovery.



Covid: they all wear masks, clean their equipment, and wash their hands frequently.



FYI this place is IN proof fitness and parking in the garage is free after validation.

					I cannot recommend Orthopaedics & Sports Physical Therapy in Stanford enough.  They were recommend by my doctor.  Theresa, Josie, Lindsey, Mason and Dylan are the best! They are very warm and welcoming while being professional at the same time. I was so nervous about doing PT after surgery for a torn rotator cuff and bicep repair.
