Clinic DirectorTheresa is the Lincoln County Clinic Director.
Theresa earned her Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Louisville and a Master’s in Business Administration at Campbellsville University. She has 20 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, with 15 years as a Clinical Director in an outpatient therapy setting.
Theresa’s experience is focused in orthopedic and sports physical therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, and work related injuries, as well as general physical therapy conditions including shoulder and back disorders. She is also a Certified Pelvic Floor Specialist.
When she’s not in the clinic, Theresa enjoys scuba diving, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Lindsey is a native of Casey County and received her Associate Degree in Applied Science – Physical Therapist Assistant in 2012 from Somerset Community College. She has 6 years of experience as a PTA in the home health setting and has been with Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy in Stanford for 3 years. Lindsey is certified in ASTYM and LSVT BIG. She has two young children, Grayson and Lucy Mae.
In her free time, Lindsey enjoys When outside of the clinic she enjoys spending time with her children and their newfound love of camping and the lake.
